ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025-26 SEASON

The Annual General Meeting of Chepstow Rugby Football Club Limited will be held on Thursday 2nd July 2026 at 7.30pm, at the Upton Memorial Ground, Bulwark, Chepstow.

All members are invited to attend, but in accordance with the Constitution, only eligible members who have paid their subscription for the 2025/26 season, may vote.

1. If an eligible member wishes to stand for Committee or /to nominate another eligible member for any of the Committee positions, please complete the Nomination Form on the Club Notice Board by Wednesday 1^st July 2026.
2. Proposals for additions or alterations to the Rules, or for any other motion, should be submitted in writing to the Secretary by Wednesday 1^st July 2026, duly proposed by one member and seconded by another.
3. Any amendments received will be displayed on the Club Notice Board and added to the AGM Agenda.
