With Will Morgan already struggling through illness, he carried the ball early into a huge collision which resulted in a fair amount of stoppage time whilst both players received medical attention, unfortunately Will couldn’t complete the game and was swapped for Kieran. With the forwards working hard and the backs trying their best to keep their shape in attack and defence (which was challenging with the amount of personnel changes) we still looked below par compared to our normal performances, however we still managed to do all the attacking with Nathan, Kieran, Joe and Steven carrying extremely well, and Owen nearly scoring his 4^th try in 4 games with only some last ditch tackling preventing us from getting over the line. Lloyd was pressing hard in defence but was isolated on most occasions, Briden was doing his usual work at the breakdown and scrum and Will supple was making some excellent yards in attack. The pressure finally told with Nathan going over for his first of 2 tries, Ben unfortunately missed the conversion. We brought on some fresh legs with Ieuan going to full back to help out, a position he absolutely excelled in. The forwards were well and truly on top now, with Taylor providing good lineout ball and Sam carrying well, we broke the defence down again for Nathan to go over for his second try to round off a 10-0 victory with the final tricky conversion also being missed.
